growing gorgeous grapes
70 vine-growers work 500 hectares of vineyards producing Vins de Pays and Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages Laudun and Cru Lirac appellation wines. Our Côtes du Rhône wines are made from grapes grown on soils covered with rolled river pebbles, located on the hills overlooking the Pujaut plain. The plain is the site of former lakes which has since dried, and produce our “Vin de Pays du Gard”.
In recent years, new vines have been planted to produce varietal wines such as Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot for reds, and Sauvignon, Viognier and Chardonnay for the whites.
